Summer Fly

I'm a Brooklyn girl. However, I attend college in Charlotte. So naturally I'm down for the cause. This is an attempt at documenting all things-- well almost all things-- Charlotte, work, friends, and of course... me! I can't get too personal... but in enough time, you'll get the picture. First: a recap of the summer...


It kicked off in an awesome way as I got to travel home to NYC after a long... LONG junior year. So I chilled with the sisters (clearly a December pic... peep the wintry gear) ***


While there, I caught up with my best friends after our ridiculously long vaca away from each other! I call us the "Legit Chicks" although the rest of them refuse to adopt the title. ***

Despite my good time, I had to return. And as to be expected, my sorority sisters & I had a blast living the Charlotte life. (LS=Line Sister) ***


We even went salsa dancing. ***

Me and my LS Rian road tripped back to NY for the NBA draft... woke up at 5:30 AM... waited 5 hours in line at Madison Square Garden... didn't get tickets... spent about another 3 hours in Borders (reading & praying, lol)... saw people running... RAN back to Madison Square Garden... were 5th in line... got in!!! ***

I worked hard! Executive Assistant by day and event hostess by night... ***
I interned... ***

We played... ***

So far... it's been awesome! ***
